Providing a counselling service in Dublin, my mission is to help people grow, develop and move forward to create happier lives. A cornerstone of how I work is in providing a safe and non-judgemental environment for you to escape to explore your issues.

I believe that a good therapist is an affirming and sometimes challenging guide. Seeking help is seen as an act of self-empowerment and you leading this process is of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting your needs and I have vast experience in this field, as a result of a high percentage of my work being obtained from repeat clients and referrals.

There are many reasons why people come to therapy and it may not be for a major life crisis, it may be that you are struggling a little and a few individual sessions is all that you need to give you clarity to move forward, or you may find yourself at an impasse in life and need more long-term help to figure out the best way forward.

I first became interested in psychotherapy as a way for me to find happiness in my own life. I am now dedicated to help others suffering from anxiety among other things, to do the same.

I appreciate how hard it can be when you are struggling with life and with issues of a private nature. Dealing with anxiety as a result of depression, grief, experiencing bullying at work, or needing relationship counselling, can seem overwhelming.

Understandably it can often feel daunting or challenging to come and talk to a complete stranger about something important and personal. Are you finding it difficult to decide who might be the right person to talk to?

My approach works on the belief that we are all individuals on our own journey. Difficulties are like the jungles and deserts of that journey, often tough to get through, but facing these means the beginning of our path to a clearer road.

If you would like to find out more about counselling or book a session, you can contact me initially by completing the contact form here…  or phoning me on the number here…  If you decide you would like to come along, you can think of the first session as an initial consultation. An independent, stand-alone session that does not commit you to counselling.

We will meet together for 50 minutes, in which time you can tell me your story and get to know something of my style and how I work. This will allow you to decide if you would like to have ongoing counselling sessions with me.
